The appellant has preferred this appeal for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.1/2020, registered at Police Station Ajak, Surajpur Distt: Surajpur, Chhattisgarh for offences punishable under Sections 370, 374 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 and Section 3(1)(h) & 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
