1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the husband of the petitioner is posted at Khairagarh, District Rajnandgaon. The petitioner is working as ANM. It is contended that since the petitioner has sustained a miscarriage recently, therefore, she would require care & attention of her husband and as per the policy of the State, the husband & wife are normally kept at one place.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the earlier occasion, the representation of the petitioner was considered and allowed, however, it took
two years to decide the same and by the time her husband was already transferred. He would further submit that presently the petitioner only prays that she has made a representation before the respondent No.2 to transfer the petitioner to the place where her husband is working and the same may be directed to be decided.
3. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner and after perusal of the representation (Annexure P-3), respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. SD/Sd/-/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashu
