1. Heard on MCC.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in WPS No. 3387 of 2020, description of Respondents No. 2 has wrongly been mentioned as District Education Officer, Bilaspur C.G. and Respondent No. 3 as Block Education Officer, Belha, District Bilaspur. Whereas, Respondent No. 2 should be District Education Officer, Kabirdham, District Kabirdham C.G. and Respondent No. 3 should be Block Education Officer, Bodla, District Kabirdham C.G. therefore, the same may be corrected.

3. No objection is made by the learned State counsel.

4. Considering the trivial nature of the order, it is directed that the description of Respondent No. 2 should be read as District Education Officer, Kabirdham, District Kabirdham C.G. and Respondent No. 3 be read as Block Education Officer, Bodla, District Kabirdham C.G. and rest of the order dated 26.08.2020 shall remain as it is.

5. Accordingly, the MCC is disposed of.
