1. The limited grievance that petitioner has is the intermittent withholding of the benefit of krammonati pay scale which the petitioner was getting since June, 2019 onwards.

2. According to the petitioner the same has been withheld from July, 2019 to December, 2019 and thereafter from March, 2021 to May, 2021. The petitioner has approached the respondents by way of representation but the same till date has not been considered and decided and petitioner also

-2has not been informed as to why the petitioner would not be entitled for the benefit during the said intervening period.

3. The limited prayer sought for by the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to 4 to take immediate decision on the representation that petitioner has made so far as withholding of the benefit of Krammonati Pay scale during the intervening period between July, 2019 to December, 2019 and March, 2021 to May, 2021.

5. Let appropriate decision be taken by the respondents within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rohit
