The present petition has been filed only for the relief to comply order dated 20/02/2019 passed in Revenue Case No.01/A-13/2018-19 between Savitri Patel Vs. Meena Gandharva.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Additional Tehsildar has passed the order on 20/02/2019 to remove encroachment made on the government land bearing Khasra No.530/2 which has been encroached by respondent No.4. Learned counsel submits that despite that order is passed same is not being complied. 3.

Perused the order dated 20/02/2019 which purports that Additional Tehsildar has held that respondent No.4 is encroacher and

has encroached upon the government land part of Khasra No.530/2 admeasuring 0.85 acres which is adjacent to the petitioner's land. It appears that instant petition has been filed for the reason that said construction has not been removed.

Under the circumstances, it is directed that Additional Tehsildar, Bilaspur shall carry out the order dated 20/02/2019 within a further period of 30 days if no stay of the higher courts are operating. 5.
