Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 06/07/2018 (1) This writ petition has been filed against the order of Tahsildar granted under Section 248 (1) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (henceforth "Code, 1959"). (2) Per contra, counsel for the State would submit that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of preferring appeal before the appellate authority under Section 248(1) of the Code, 1959 and the order dated 30.6.2018 is only the consequential order, therefore, the writ petition as framed and filed is not maintainable.
(3) Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy of preferring appeal under Section 248(1) of the Code, 1959 against the order dated 12.03.2015, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
(3) Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach and prefer appeal before the appellate authority in accordance with law. No cost(s).
