This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.5 of 2015, registered at Police Station-Mahasamund, Distt.Mahasamund (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 41 (1-4) of the Cr.P.C. and 379 of the IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application as the applicant has been released on bail while extending the benefit under Section 167(2) of the Cr.P.C.
