Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 13/04/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that for the academic session 2017-18, petitioner has made an application before respondent No. 3- District Education Officer, Ambikapur for extension of recognition of his school which is pending consideration since 13.01.2017 (Annexure-P/4) and has not been decided till date therefore, directions may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously. (2) I have heard counsel for the petitioner.
(3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly
the same is allowed.
(4) Be that as it may, District Education Officer, Ambikapur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's said application expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
