1) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as he was arrested on 12.12.2017 in connection with Crime No. 415/2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 302 of IPC, registered at Police Station- Dabhra, District- Janjgir- Champa (C.G.).

2) After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application. However, he prays for a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.

3) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

4) Permission granted.
