We are not inclined to grant leave to appeal as there is no merit in the application because the basis of acquittal of the accused was that the prosecutrix has completely turned hostile so much so that she even refused to re-cognise the accused in the Court despite repeated suggestions given to the her. Prayer for grant of leave to appeal is, therefore, rejected. The CrMP is accordingly dismissed.
