This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 19/2019, registered at Police Station Kukanaar, Sukma, District Sukma (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Earlier bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn in MCRC No.79/2020 vide order dated 14.2.2020.

Learned counsel for the applicant, again prays for withdrawal of the present bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the same after examination of the memorandum and seizure witnesses.

Accordingly, this second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicant. 7.
