This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.107 of 2015, registered at Police Station-Sa.Lohara, Distt.Kabeerdham (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the IPC.

Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, the applicant has cheated complainant Rohit Kumar Uike for getting job for his son in the Department of Police and thereby obtained Rs.3,50,000/-.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case; further taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence; material available on record and the manner in which the applicant allegedly taken the amount for securing the job to son of the complainant, this Court is not inclined to
release the applicant on regular bail.

Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected.
