1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents ensuring a prompt relieving order be issued in favour of the petitioner pursuant to Annexure P/1 dated 10.06.2020 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Dantewada to Raipur.

2. Counsel for the respondents-corporation submits that the respondentauthorities are still eager in implementing the said order and they are trying to find substitute, so that a reliever is posted at the place where the petitioner is presently working which shall enable the respondents to relieve the petitioner, which is a condition precedent to the order of transfer itself.

3. Given the said submission by the counsel for the respondentscorporation, this Court is of the opinion that there is no point in keeping the writ petition pending any further. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate steps in ensuring that the order Annexure P/1 dated 10.06.2020 is implemented at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Respondents must realize that the order of transfer as it was issued about 05 months back.
