Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/01/2017 In this petition, the petitioner has been transferred from the jurisdiction of one Jila Panchayat to other Jila Panchayat.

In view of order dated 23/12/2016 passed by this Court in WPS No.1273/2016 and batch of petitions, the impugned order dated 18/04/2016 to the extent it relates to petitioner's transfer, is also held illegal. Therefore, this petition is disposed off in similar terms as order passed in WPS No.1273/2016 and batch of petitions.
