2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondent No.1 to consider the matter pertaining to second time pay scale due to him.

3. Petitioner is Senior Proof Reader (Blind) and posted at Government Brail Press,Tifra, Bilaspur.

4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition may dispose of by giving direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the

representation of the petitioner Annexure P/6 dated 11/06/2016.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the respondent No. 1 to decide the aforesaid representation Annexure P/6 within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, according to law and procedure.
