2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to decide his appeal Annexure P/2 within stipulated time period and alternatively quash the impugned order Annexure P/1.

3. The petitioner was lastly posted as Assistant Sub-inspector at Reserve Police Line, Korba.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant petition may be disposed off directing respondent No. 4 to decide the

petitioner's appeal, Annexure P/2 dated 04.12.2017 within stipulated time.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, submission of both the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed off with this direction that respondent No.4, the Director General of Police, Raipur shall dispose off the appeal Annexure P2 dated 04.12.2017 filed by the petitioner within 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure.
