Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Registrar, Firms and Societies has passed an order on 19.07.2017 (Annexure - P/5) to inquire the constitution and the financial position of the Society namely Chandranahu/ Chandrakar Kshatriya Samaj, Raipur but that not been done by the authorized officer till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Registrar, Firms and Societies for compliance of the order dated 19.07.2017 and in that event, the Registrar will do well to consider petitioner's case and to ensure compliance of the order dated 19.07.2017 expeditiously. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
