2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents to consider and decide his representation within a period of one month.

3. The petitioner is a Rojgar Sahayak posted at Gram PanchayatPachari, Janpad Panchayat-Akaltara. His service has been terminated on 21.10.2016.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition may be disposed off giving direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to decide his representation dated 13.09.2017.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, submission of the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed off with this direction that respondents No. 2 and 3 shall decide the representation dated 13.09.2017 filed by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order in accordance with law and procedure.
