Counsel for the petitioner at the outset makes a limited prayer for a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner for an appropriate modification to the order of transfer dated 14.07.2021 (Annexure P/1) and to consider the placement of the petitioner in an around of Tahsil Pusore District Raigarh.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondentauthorities to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner seeking for

a change of place of posting on its own merits in accordance with law. It is expected that the respondents shall take a decision on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
