1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 04/05/2019 sent by the 1st Civil Judge Class I, Raipur for extension of time for final disposal of execution suit No. 89-A/72.

2. This Court vide order dated 18/03/2019 had granted time a further time of 30 days' time to dispose of the execution suit No. 89-A/72, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the trial Court to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of 30 days is granted to learned 1st Civil Judge Class I, Raipur to dispose of the said civil suit by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
