Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the order dated 14.07.2017 passed in WPS No. 3070 of 2017 has been substantially complied with and grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by the Competent Authority. 2.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this contempt petition.

Permission, as prayed, is granted.
