1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.166/2021 registered at Police Station Manendragarh, District Koriya, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 & 376(2)(n) of Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 & 6 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
