This MCC has been filed by the applicant seeking clarification with regard to the department required to deal with the case. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake while preparing the petition, in place of "Public Works Department" it has been mentioned as "Water Resources Department" in the array of the parties in cause title. He submits that the petitioner was working in the Public Works Department and not in Water Resources Department.

Considering the aforesaid submission, it is clarified that the direction given by this Court in WPS No. 3402 of 2016 shall be applicable only for department of Public Works Department and not Water Resources Department. The petitioner shall place a copy of this order along with order dated 04.08.2016 before the competent authority, who is required to decide the petitioner's case as per order of this Court. 4.

The MCC is accordingly disposed off.
