1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.3 for an early disposal of Case No. 165 CGIR ACT/2016.

2. This Court, prima facie, is of the opinion that the writ petition in its

present form would not be maintainable as the petitioner has a remedy of approaching the Industrial Court for redressal of his grievance under Section 67 of the CGIR Act.

3. Reserving the right of the petitioner, if he feels so, to approach the Industrial Court for the relief that he has sought for, the present writ petition in its present form is held to be not maintainable.
