Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 submits that the Civil Suit No. 34-A/2014 from which this writ petition has arisen has already been disposed of on 06.01.2018 by Civil Judge, Class-I, Kabirdham as such, the petition has now become infructuous. 2.
