The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 has not finalized the proceeding initiated vide show cause notice dated 07.05.2016 though the petitioner has already submitted her reply on 04.07.2016. It is submitted that due to pendency of those proceeding,
-2uncertainty in the petitioner's career has prevailed because, but for the enquiry initiated, the petitioner would have been confirmed in service upon completion of period of probation.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, having found that show cause notice issued on 07.05.2016 by respondent No.2, have already been replied by the petitioner, respondent No.2 should proceed to decide the matter in accordance with the applicable Rules and Regulation in the matter of disciplinary action and take decision as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
