The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner is subjected to frequent transfer.

Learned counsel for respective respondents, who appeared before this Court, state that infact the petitioner was required to be transferred at nearby place in administrative exigency because the wife of the petitioner is elected as Up-Sarpanch of the same Gram Panchayat and therefore, the administrative exigency warranted shifting of the petitioner.

I do not find any ground for interference in the case as the petitioner cannot claim to be posted as Secretary of the Gram Panchayat where his own wife is posted, the petition is accordingly dismissed. Stay order is vacated.
