Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 29/08/2016 The challenge to the transfer order is only on personal grounds that the father of the petitioner is suffering from Paralysis and mother is suffering from Diabetes and the petitioner herself is a deserted lady. 2.

It is found that the petitioner has remained posted at the present place for the last four years and therefore, she has become due for transfer. However, the petitioner has some personal difficulty and this can be best examined by the transferring authority. The petitioner has already preferred representation. Let decision be taken on representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. In the peculiar facts of the present case, it is directed that if no one has joined at the present place of posting of the petitioner, for a period of four weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. It will be open for the respondents to modify the transfer order to post the petitioner at a nearby station and post some other officer at Raipur.
