The transfer order is under challenge only on the ground that the petitioner is suffering from medical ailment and therefore, the doctor has advised 15 days rest with effect from 08.08.2016. 2.

Except the aforesaid ground, no other medical ground has been taken in the petition. Looking to the nature of ailment which appears to be only temporary, I am not inclined to interfere with the order, particular

-2when the petitioner has been transferred to a place which is hardly 20 km. away from the present place of the petitioner. 3.

It is however found that the petitioner has already preferred representation to the competent authority, it would be open for the competent authority to decide the matter as early as possible. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
