1. The matter was today taken upon on an application for urgent hearing (I.A.No.02/2017) and on an application taking up the matter during summer vacation (I.A.No.03/2017).

2. During the course of hearing, it is pointed out that Annexure R/3 is an order passed by the State Government whereby the representation of the petitioner has been rejected and hence the petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition in its present form has become infructuous reserving the liberty to challenge the subsequent order to the petitioner.

4. In view of above, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous, reserving the aforesaid liberty.

5. I.A.Nos.02 & 03/2017 stand disposed of.
