1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that since long, the petitioner has not been dealing with Orthopedics cases but with Tuberculosis treatment as District Tuberculosis Officer (DTO). The second ground is that the mother of the petitioner is aged 75 years and is ill and quite frequently, is admitted in the hospital.

2. As far as the first ground is concerned, the petitioner is occupying the post of specialist in orthopedics, therefore, the petitioner cannot be heard saying that it is difficult for him to treat orthopedic patient.

-23. The illness of the mother is ground which can only be raised before the Transferring Authority as they are the best judges to assess the situation and not this Court. Therefore, the ground does not warrant indulgence of the writ Court. However, it is for the petitioner to pursue his representation before the Transferring Authority.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
