1. Entire grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has retired from the post of Veterinary Field Officer w.e.f. 30.04.2017, till date though more than 14 months have passed, the petitioner has not been paid with any retiral benefits.
2. Considering the nature of dispute and the relief sought for, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition itself is disposed of with a specific direction to the respondent No.1 to ensure that necessary instructions are issued and also further ensure that the retiral dues payable to the petitioner is released at the earliest preferably within
an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.
3. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to bring to the notice of the respondent No.1 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
