PUD has been received from the Court of Special Judge, Atrocity Act informing that the appellant Brijlal Sahu, S/o. Bhukhau Sahu has expired on 27.10.2017. Copy of the death certificate certified by the S.H.O., Police Station Fingeshwar is also attached. Counsel for the appellant informs that the legal representative of the appellant are not interested to prosecute this appeal, hence, because of abatement, this appeal is disposed off.
