Review of order dated 11.07.2016 passed in WP No. 681 of 2001 is sought on the ground that though time was granted to the respondent to produce record pertaining to salary and other dues, due to communication gap and delay in receiving of relevant records, relevant materials could not be placed before the Court, which resulted in passing of the impugned order. It is averred that the delay in receiving the document was not deliberate. 2.

The order impugned is a non-speaking order. Earlier repeated opportunities were granted to the respondent to produce the relevant records. In fact, on 11.07.2016, no one appeared on behalf of the respondent and no reason has been assigned for his

non-appearance as also no representation was made. The impugned order dated 11.07.2016 is therefore not required to be reviewed.
