1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties on restoration application, considered their rival submissions and gone through the records with utmost circumspection.
2. Sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance when the case was called out for hearing on 28.6.2018.
3. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed and Writ Petition (C) No.7195 of 2010, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 28.6.2018, is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.
