Though number of grounds have been assailed by the petitioner against the correctness and validity of the order impugned, by which promotion order has been withdrawn, it is found that the order has been passed after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 2.
The other ground raised by the petitioner is lack of competence, malafide and also not challenged any of the ground, therefore, it is not a case where the petitioner has been deprived of his job and loss his seniority.

The petitioner shall first exhaust his remedy to file appeal as per provision of Rule 3 of the C.G. Panchayat (Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1995 and it shall be decided expeditiously as possible. 4.
