1. The claim of the petitioner is that she being a handicapped unmarried girl and daughter of deceased employee Late Shri S.K. Das is entitled for pension on the death of her father.

2. According to the petitioner infact is being paid the pension but the only dispute is that the petitioner has not been paid benefits of 5th

-2Pay Commision from 01.01.1996 onwards. Whereas the same has been extended to the petitioner only from 07.04.2007.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has so far as the arrears of revised pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.1996 instead of 07.04.2007 is concerned, let petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No. 3 to 5 within a period of three weeks from today and as such representation being made, respondent No. 3 to 5 shall on due scrutiny of the entitlement of the petitioner pass an appropriate order at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the representation of the petitioner. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
