1. Learned Deputy Advocate General for the respondents/State would submit that dispute is contractual dispute and as per NIT, the Collector is the final authority to take decision.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that deduction made by the authorities is illegal.
3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to the Collector, Sukma, who in turn, shall consider the same after hearing all affected parties as provided in clause 10 of the NIT issued for the year 2016-17, preferably within a period of 6 weeks from the date of its receipt along with certified copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
