1. The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they are in jail since 30.11.2018 in connection with Crime No. 91/2018 registered in Police Station- Amalipadar, District Gariyaband (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 201 read with Section 34 of IPC.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
