1. Heard.
2. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.694/2014 (Criminal Case No.160/2015 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Janjgir) registered at Police Station Janjgir, Distt. Janjgir-Champa, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 201 read with Section 34 and 120B of the IPC
3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the applicant and other co-accused persons are alleged to have obtained huge money from the complainants to provide job to them in the Office of the Collector, Janjgir-Champa.
4. After hearing counsel for the parties, perusing the statements of Shravan Kumar and Surendra Banjare, the material collected by the prosecution and
the manner in which the complainants are alleged to have been cheated by the applicant for providing job, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. The application is, therefore, rejected.
