By way of the present writ petition the Petitioner has challenged the issuance of the show cause notice dated 20.6.2018, Annexure P-1, whereby an explanation has been sought from the Petitioner as to why his services should not be terminated invoking the provisions of Article 311(2) of the Constitution of India. 2.
Pending the petition the Respondents have issued an order dated 2.7.2018 whereby the proceeding of the show cause notice has been dropped only with a warning issued to the Petitioner and other similarly placed persons. 3.
Given the fact that the initiating of the show cause notice itself has been dropped after issuance of warning to the Petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon the in present writ petition and the same thus deserves to be and is accordingly disposed of. 4.
However, the Petitioner would be at liberty to challenge any subsequent order, if at all if he is grieved of, by way of fresh proceedings. 5.
