Mr. Akath Kumar Yadav, Advocate.
For Respondent :
Mr. Y. S. Thakur, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 27.08.2019
1. The present contempt petition has been filed on non-compliance of the order dated 25.04.2019 passed in WPS No. 3046 of 2019.
2. Counsel for the petitioner referred to Annexure P-2 dated 27.04.2019 showing that he has submitted his joining to the Department.

5. Be that as it may, since there is a dispute of the petitioner offering joining and the respondent denying the petitioner coming from duty, let the petitioner approach the respondent on the next working day and the respondent in turn is directed to grant joining to the petitioner as has been submitted by Shri Thakur.
6. Upon the petitioner giving his joining, the respondent would be at liberty to hold the inquiry as has been observed in the order dated 25.04.2019 of this Court and the petitioner is also expected to render all cooperation.
