S.B.:

Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 08/09/2016 Heard on admission.

The petitioner's claim for time bound pay scale is founded on the ground that the petitioner has completed 24 years of service and as his entire service records are clean and unblemished, he is entitled to grant higher pay scale as per circular dated 28.04.2008. It is submitted that the representation has been

-2made to Director on 30.07.2015 followed by reminders also. However, till date, no decision has been taken.

Prima facie, taking into consideration the averment made in the petition, that the petitioner claims to have completed 24 years of service and the policy contained in circular dated 28.04.2008, claim of the petitioner does not appear to be frivolous and requires serious consideration. Let the Director decide the matter within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
