1. The transfer order is under challenge on the health ground of the petitioner and his wife.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner has remained posted at and around Bilaspur ever since 1996 but the petitioner prayed that he should be continued at the same place or at nearby places so that he can avail proper medical facility.

-23. Considering that the petitioner has remained posted at the present place since long time, the transfer order of the petitioner appears to be justified. However, as the petitioner claims that he is suffering from certain medical problem, his case may be considered for posting at some other place where proper medical facility is available. The representation of the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the State in 4 weeks.

4. With the observation and direction as above, the petition is finally disposed off.
