1. This writ petition is directed against the order dated 30.03.2017 passed by the Tahsildar, Bijapur, District Bijapur.

2. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer appeal before the appellate authority under Section 44 (1) of the Land Revenue Code, 1959 (henceforth "Code,

1959"). In the eventuality of filing appeal before the appellate authority under Section 44(1) of the Code, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.

5. The certified copy of the order dated 30.03.2017 be returned to the counsel for the petitioner after furnishing an attested photocopy thereof in order to enable the petitioner to file the appeal, if any.
