The petitioner has filed this petition alleging willful disobedience of order dated 16.10.2015 passed in WPC No. 464 of 2015. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite order of the Court to decide the petitioner's case within 6 months, it was not complied with, which amounts to contempt.

This Court has expressed hope that the matter shall be concluded at the earliest with the clear observation that if the petitioner's case is not decided within stipulated time of six months, the petitioner

would be at liberty to revive the petition. In absence of any material placed before this Court, no case for contempt is made out. 4.

Contempt petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to revive the petition under the liberty granted vide order dated 16.10.2015 passed in WPC No. 464 of 2015.
