(2) This is the fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.05/2012 registered at Police Station Saraswati Nagar, District Raipur for the offence punishable under Section 392 of IPC.

(3) After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is of the considered opinion that considering the fact the applicant is involved in several crimes of similar nature, he is not entitled to be released on bail. (4) Accordingly, the fourth bail application for grant of bail to the applicant is dismissed.
