1. For a moment, the default pointed out by the Registry stands amended/condoned. With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally at motion stage and disposed off.
2. Challenge in this Writ Petition is that though the petitioners were initially appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-III and have subsequently been absorbed to the Education Department, they
have by now completed 10 years of service and therefore, they are entitled for the benefit of Kramonnati as per Rules governing the field, however, the respondents till date have not granted the said benefit to the petitioners.
3. Given the limited grievances which the petitioners have raised, let the petitioners make a suitable representation to the Respondent No. 03 and 04 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Order and the Respondent No. 03 and 04, in turn, shall take a decision on the granting of Kramonnati to the petitioners within a further period of 90 days.
