Learned counsel for the appellant submits that no one has contacted to bring the legal heirs on record, therefore, the legal heirs are not interested to carry on this appeal. In view of this, learned counsel submits that he do not want to carry on this appeal on merit. Considering the submission made, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
