There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner when the matter was called on 02.05.2018 and this Court was forced to adjourn the matter.

Today also, when the matter was called on two occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
